Monday Food Group meet










Our Monday Food Group get together for April involved us coming up with a vegetable dish to share. No two were the same and we enjoyed CARROTS ALMONDINE, ROASTED TOMATO & ZUCCHINI TARTLETS,LEBANESE RICE WITH LENTILS & ROASTED CAULIFLOWER plus BUTTER BEANS WITH LEEKS and to finish CARROT CAKES & CARAMEL, MACADAMIA,COCONUT SLICE.  thanks Lois for hosting us.

Bird's nest
